What we collect
An inquiry provides your name, phone, email, preferred move-in date and message. For security, the server briefly logs IP, request time and browser data; Turnstile processes technical data to prevent bots. We use no analytics or advertising trackers.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is used to respond to rental inquiries and protect the service (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a), (b) and (f)). It is processed only by necessary hosting, email, CAPTCHA and encrypted-backup providers.
Retention
Inquiries and the security audit are deleted after 12 months or earlier on request; access logs after 7 days. Encrypted rotating backups may retain deleted data for up to 12 months. Mailbox copies are deleted under the same policy.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes UODO).
Cookies
We only use essential cookies: language, colour theme and the administrator session. They do not track you.
